Driving growth strategies for global media brands

Sony’s Scene City (YouTube): Led launch strategy from scratch — earned the Silver Play Button in 3 months, hit 1M subscribers in the first year. Now over 3M subs and 2 billion views.

  • FOX Entertainment (YouTube): Shaped content strategy across flagship channels like The Masked Singer, MasterChef, and Next Level Chef — building fan engagement and boosting discoverability.

  • FOX Soul: Developed and implemented a YouTube strategy for this unapologetically Black channel — boosting average views to over 100K and increasing full-episode watch time to 30+ minutes.

  • CBC British Columbia: Reimagined BC Today from a radio program into a daily live video podcast and noon-hour TV show. Executive produced News To Me, a digital-first news pilot now greenlit nationally.

  • FAST Channel Strategy: Created the programming strategy for CBC BC’s FAST channel on Roku and Samsung TV.

Proven track record: growing views, watch time and building loyal digital audiences.
